Hello, I'm Heath Dickens. I have been in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 15 years. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. For over the past 20 years I have been in meal prepping industry cooking and meal planning. In 2016, I decided to start my own business when I realized I could make a difference in someone’s life outside the gym, and from that, The Machine's Kitchen was born. I graduated at the top of my class with Honors at the Art Institute of Houston in Culinary Art. I strive for perfection and I am passionate about helping others and creating amazing dishes. My objective is to ensure that my clients reach their goals by providing knowledge of nutrition, and understanding of the importance of living a healthy and functional life.

Heath Dickens, the chef that prepares these meals is an accomplished chef, nutritionist, and workout enthusiast with two State Championship titles in Bodybuilding.
